We do not request your full card PIN, banking password, or OTP through unsolicited calls or messages.

LUXEAPE may offer a partial payment option for eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Under this option, customers are required to pay a specified portion of the total order value online at the time of placing the order, while the remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.

Advance Payment: The required advance amount or percentage will be displayed to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Remaining Balance: The unpaid balance, including any applicable disclosed delivery charges or other charges, must be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation: An order requiring an advance payment will be processed subject to successful payment of the required advance and order acceptance by LUXEAPE.

Failed Payments: If the advance payment fails or remains unconfirmed, the order may not be processed until payment is successfully verified.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation requests, refunds of advance payments, and any applicable deductions will be handled in accordance with LUXEAPE's Cancellation Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and applicable law.

Delivery and Refusal: If a customer refuses or is unable to accept delivery, the matter will be handled according to LUXEAPE's applicable policies and consumer-protection laws.

Availability: Partial COD may not be available for every product, order value, delivery location, or customer. The applicable payment options and amount due will be shown during checkout.

By selecting partial COD, the customer agrees to pay the advance online and the remaining balance at delivery, as displayed at checkout.

13. Promotional Offers and Coupon Codes

LUXEAPE may offer discounts, coupon codes, limited-period sales, bundles, gifts, or other promotional benefits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:
